The Elite Standard Hog Tray

The Standard Hog Tray will comfortably cook a pig up to 80 kilos

This method of cooking is really easy and can be used in conjunction with the Elite Conversion Warming Kit (Additional accessory)

This tray will enable you to keep the meat piping hot and succulent where extended serving times are required

These extra-large heavy duty stainless steel capacity trays maximise the available roasting space and the number of portions offered and helps to ensure there is sufficient capacity to feed all of your diners whether at a private or public event

The drainage hole can easily be plugged (supplied) to retain cooking juices for either making gravy or for mixing to make superb tasting stuffing

The Elite Conversion Warming Kit

Designed to keep the pig piping hot and the meat succulent until extended serving times are completed

Quick and easy to set up

When in use with the standard Hog Tray the chafing dish sits conveniently at one end and the 2 x side plates are sited alongside the length of the hog tray

As well as keeping the cooked meat at the correct and safe temperature, the chafing dish can be used for a variety of uses and to extend your menu offering, such as gravy, sauces, meat, vegetables or even as an extra holding area for meat
